The suspending feeding system: the feeding tank is suspended over the molding tank while feeding and the beater in the feeding tank works fast on two directions to make sure that the feeding is even and the intensity is consistent. IN addition , the suspending feeding tank is free of the affecting by the vibration o the molding tank so that the equipment is highly reliable.
4. The reasonable vibration system fixes the molding tank on the platform by the ingot stripping cylinder and pulsator is modulated by the vertical directional machine equipped on the pressure head and under the platform. This patented vibration makes the concrete fluidfield, exhaust so that the products are highly dense and hard.
5. Advance hydraulic system. Combining the energy storing device and the advanced technology, the hydraulic system is fully utilized, efficiently decreasing the total power of this machine. The ingot stripping device is equipped with hydraulic lock for fast locking the hydraulic system, the yield guaranteed.
6. Different air bricks, perforated bricks , road surface bricks, grass planting bricks and slope protection can be manufactured by only changing the molds.
